DIY Ginger Beer for Arthritis, Belly Issues and Cancer Prevention

Ginger has been used in holistic medicine for years, and it can also be used to prepare a non-alcoholic beer which you will certainly enjoy. The root will also relieve any kind of pain and ache and works great against inflammatory conditions.



Here’s how to prepare the beer:

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of ginger
  • 20 gr. of sugar
  • 1 lemon slice
  • A few drops of lime juice
  • 450 ml. of filtered water
  • 120 ml. mineral water
  • Honey


Preparation

Bring the water to a boil in a pot, then add chopped ginger and simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes on low heat. Next, leave the mixture to cool down and strain it. In another pot, dissolve the sugar on medium heat and add the filtered water, leaving the mixture to boil before taking it off the heat. Now, mix half a cup of the ginger juice with half a cup of mineral water, then add 1/3 cup of the syrup, honey, a lemon slice and the lime juice and mix well, then enjoy the delicious ginger beer.

The beer will soothe any kind of digestive problems you might be having and regulate your glucose and cholesterol levels as well. It works great against flu and colds, and can also improve your blood flow and even treat cancer.
