Ingredients

  • A cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of ACV
  • 3 cotton balls


Preparation

Mix the water and ACV in a bowl, the dip a cotton ball in the mixture and clean your face with it. Repeat the process every day until you see results.

Oral administration

If you’re using ACV orally against eczema, you should always dilute it with water first. Simply add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink the mixture 3 times a day for best results.

ACV baths

This method is pretty straightforward – fill your tub with hot water, add ½ a cup of apple cider vinegar and a bit of moisturizer, then soak in it for 15 minutes before taking a shower. For better smell, you can add a cup of coconut oil.

ACV and honey mixture

Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey in a glass of water and drink the mixture 3 times a day.

ACV and baking soda mixture

Mix 2 teaspoons of ACV with some baking soda in a cup of water, then add a teaspoon of honey and drink the mixture to treat your eczema.

Tips

Regardless of what you’re using it for, you should always dilute ACV with water first. If you’re using the liquid on your skin, check to see if you’re allergic to ACV first – just apply some on a small patch on skin and see if there’s any reaction after 5 minutes. Oral administration of ACV can harm the enamel on your teeth, so make sure to dilute the liquid with some water before you use it.
