Boil one egg in the afternoon and peel it, then pierce it with a toothpick on several spots and put it in a plastic container. Now, pour vinegar in the same bowl and leave the egg to soak overnight. Eat the egg in the morning and drink a glass of water and repeat the process every day to regulate your blood sugar levels easily and prevent diabetes.
